Realtors earn specific designations and certifications to acknowledge their experience and expertise in various real estate sectors after completing required courses.

  • SRES®: This stands for Senior Real Estate Specialist. The SRES® Designation program educates REALTORS® on how to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of the fastest growing market in real estate, clients age 50+.
  • PSA: Pricing Strategy Advisor. This certification helps realtors better price properties, create CMAs, and work with appraisers.
  • E-PRO: The Electronic Pro (e-PRO) designation allows realtors to distinguish themselves in their online capabilities and fluency. The e-PRO courses cover the three basic areas of online marketing, reputation management, and mobile office capabilities.
