Any agent can list your home for sale, put a sign in the yard, and put it in the MLS.  I will do much more than that for you.  I will start the process by evaluating your home and your needs. When we put your home on the market, we want to ensure your home's listing aligns with your needs as well as the market your house is competing in.


3 P’s to successful selling are:

  • Preparation – Getting your home ready for the market. It can range from cleaning and de-cluttering to needed repairs and improvements to pre-sale inspections.  I will counsel you on this.
  • Pricing – Together, we will evaluate your financial needs and goals from the sale and price the home according to those needs and the current market.
  • Presentation – This is the biggest part of what you are hiring me to do; to show your home to the world, to get the most exposure possible.  More eyes on your home means more opportunities to get it sold quickly.  I will use great photography (including drone photos if needed), social media, syndication to all of the public websites, local newspaper advertising, and much more.


The other thing that you get when listing with me is a partner.  I will be there the whole time with communication, updates, and results.  When an offer comes in, I will prepare a full presentation of the offer and its details as well as the financial estimates for the offer.  We will review it and determine the best response - from acceptance, negotiating terms via a counter offer, to the completion of the sale.
